Brownie Bundt Cacao Cake
4 cups of Black Mission Figs (soaked for at least two hours)
3 cups walnuts
1 cup cacao nibs
1 cup cacao powder
For Cake:
1. Place figs in a food processor and blend well.
2. Add walnuts and blend until smooth.
3. Add cacao powder and blend until creamy and mixture forms into a ball. (This part needs a 14 cup food processor and patience)
4. Remove from food processor and fold in cacao nibs. (stir well do evenly distribute nibs)
5. Place ingredients in a springform bundt pan and refrigerate overnight.
Remove, garnish with whole cacao beans and mint leaves. Enjoy!
